The advisor needs 1 meter of free space to take accurate measurements. Please make sure to clear this area by moving any furniture if necessary.
How can you prepare for the meeting?
To help the meeting run as smoothly as possible, we kindly ask you to have the information below available at the start of the appointment, if possible. This is not mandatory and will not negatively affect the meeting if you do not have the information available.
A construction drawing of your home:
If you have a construction drawing, it can be helpful, but it is not required. You may be able to request a copy from your local municipality.
Environmental permit:
In some cases, a permit is required. In many situations, the work can be carried out without a permit. It may be helpful to check with your local municipality regarding building regulations.

Dimensions
Approximate measurements of the window frames you may wish to replace. You can find more information about this in the attachment.
With this information and the photos, the advisor can prepare properly for the meeting. It also allows us to prepare a more accurate quotation and provide tailored advice.
You do not need to send this information if you have already included it with your request or if the appointment is scheduled at your home.
